Hi Friends,

In this issue we will learn how to save some money by making our own bread, it's not as hard as you think! Go ahead, fill your home with the aroma of freshly made bread...it's oh so good for the body and soul! We will learn that we can save some money by planting our own vegetable and herb gardens (another source of heathy goodness) and don't forget as an added bonus we lose calories by gardening. Speaking of calories, we also learn we can maintain good health by keeping a food journal, you would be amazed to know how many calories you rack up in a day! And we can't forget that no matter how stressful life can be, some anxiety can pop up, who needs that? We can get it under control and keep our hearts healthy. We will also discover what the often talked about "Attention Deficit Disorder" is all about.

It's time to grab a cup of green tea, put on some soft music and get some good reading. Hope you all have a beautiful week,

When your chocolate starts to clump up, continue to add in more of your liquid, stirring continuously with a wire wisk until it's the desired consistancy. Then continue on with your recipe. I found the same result of clumping when I replaced the sugar with Splenda in the hot fudge sauce I make with cocoa.
