Egg Less?

"Just read the recipe for 'healthier pancakes." Sorry to say... but ONE egg is not a problem in pancakes...for heaven sake.. one egg spread throughout many pancakes?  People are SO over the top with this issue it still boggles my mind.. EGGS Are not bad for you!

Eggs are an important part of a healthy diet. No one should make a complete diet of them, but honestly... you shouldn't make a diet of ANY one food!"

Lisa M.
P.S.. course, we get our eggs fresh from our own chickens.
