Amazing Relaxation

Instead of having it dark as you do your spa, open up the windows and let the sunshine come through it will leave you, refreshed.

Pour 2 cups of whole milk and a few drops of cream into your bath with 3 drops of your favorite essential oil.

Cover your face with a facial mask and soak in the bath, the milk will soften your skin. When your get out of your bath squeeze out the water from a washcloth, and pour some oil onto it, dry your body this way.

At the end of this bath you will feel relaxed, and rejuvenated, you'll also have a beautiful soft skin and glow about you.

p.s. Remember to take off your mask!!!
