Something Different:  Sichuan Pasta Salad 

 

Good Food, Good Health: Bok Choy with Portobello and Tofu
 
 

Readers  Beauty Secrets:

Peppermint Lip Balm: by Carmen Nolette
 
2 drops of peppermint oil
2 capsules of vitamin E
4 tablespoons grated beewswax (unbleached)
1 1/2 teaspoons corn oil
2 tablespoons canola oil
2 tablespoon sunflower oil
 
In a double boiler melt the beeswax on low heat until it's melted. Add the oils (peppermint, corn, canola & sunflower) to the melted beseswax, heat until all is melted.
 
Remove the top section of the boiler and add the vitamin E (liquid only).
 
Mix thoroughly then pour into clean small containers. Cool completey before adding the lids.
