Training for the Big Mountains

Come out to Teton Village Sports this Friday, December 9th from 5:30 -7:30pm to learn about training for the big mountains with local freeride and endurance champions Crystal Wright and Cary Smith.

This local sweetheart is no softy! Crystal Wright is the 2009 Freeskiing World Tour Champion and current Freeskiing World Tour leader. She is the owner of Wright Training, certified Strength and Conditioning coach and Personal Trainer.

No one goes uphill faster than this guy! Cary Smith, endurance athlete extradorinare is a national 24 Hour mountain bike champion, four time US National Ski Mountaineering team member and two time US National USSMA Champion.
